Heritage Arts Academy

Yoshita Chandrani founded Heritage Arts Academy to bring to the mainstream the cultural magnificence of Indian Music and Art. She teaches Sitar in New Jersey to young children and adults serving the Tristate area.

According to her, Hindustani Music is a spiritual journey through spatial imagination, with the help of musical notes of the ragas, is nothing but a tapestry woven with sounds in one's own soul space. It is divine and is not for worldly entertainment but to invoke and lovingly pamper the emotions of the mind and soul.
